Welcome to DV Lottery Photo Checker ("Service"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at dvlotteryphotochecker.com and our photo analysis tools, including the DV Lottery Photo Checker Chrome extension.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. The Service performs photo checks and cropping locally on your device; we do not upload, store, or transmit your photos or personal data to our servers. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

DV Lottery Photo Checker provides automated analysis of photos to help users assess compliance with U.S. Department of State Diversity Visa (DV) Lottery program requirements. Our service includes:

• Automated photo quality assessment
• Compliance checking against DV Lottery specifications
• Technical guidelines for photo submission

Important: Our service provides guidance only and does not guarantee your photo will be accepted by the DV Lottery program. Final determination is made solely by the U.S. Department of State. All photo processing is on‑device; we do not store or transmit photos. Use of our Chrome extension may also be subject to the respective platform store terms.

2. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Only process photos you have the right to use for analysis and submission
• Not use our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are solely responsible for the photos you submit and for ensuring they comply with all DV Lottery program requirements.

• You retain ownership of your User Content
• User Content is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers
• We do not store User Content
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to use the User Content

• To submit fraudulent or misleading information
• To process or distribute harmful or malicious content via the Service
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for accessing the Service during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
